30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, reply directly to your order-confirmation email with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
